    Founder, Enrolled Agent

    Dorit grew up in a kibbutz north of Israel. After serving 2 years in the Israeli Air Force she raised money and traveled the world. In 1993 Dorit Graduated From business school in Israel. From 1994-2006 - She was the Controller of different Small Private companies in Los Angeles area . In 1998 She Graduated From LA Valley College with an Economics AA Degree. In 2005 - She reach Seniority level in CSUN Accounting! From 2007-2012 She Served as CEO of YWC International, Inc. A Training Company. In 2014 she the became CEO and Founder of her Own Tax Firm of D Tax Accounting, Inc. She Received her IRS Enrolled Agent Certification in 2016 and Tax Problem Resolution Certification . Today, she is a single mom to 3 wonderful kids, a tax firm owner and an advocate for Clients Under the Duress of the IRS.

    CPA

    Shani was born in America and raised in Israel. After the Army in Israel Shani came back to the US to get her bachelor’s degree in accounting at California State University, Northridge and from then on has been in the financial field- Bookkeeping, Auditing Public companies and preparing tax returns. Shani has her CPA license since 2018, in the State of California. Shani has two kids and joined D tax Accounting to grow in the field.

  • Shelly R.

    Lawyer, Operations Manager

    Shelly was born and raised in Israel. She graduated from Law school in IDC (Reichman University) in Herzliya with an undergraduate in B.A. in 1998. Shelly worked in a law firm in Israel for 7 years and moved to the US in 2004 with her husband and 1 year old baby. She lived in Atlanta GA for 10 years and worked in a law firm there (Arnall Golden Gregory) as a foreign lawyer in the real estate department. In 2011, she moved to work for a software company named Amdocs and worked there for 10 years as a project manager and release manager.

    In 2013 Shelly moved to Los Angeles California with her husband and 2 boys due to her husband's job. With extensive knowledge of Law, Taxes and business, Shelly joined D Tax Accounting as the operation manager for the company.
